The average time of fulfillment is 3 business days. Every task, from printing to shipping, is handled by Printful. By using Printful we can achieve industry quality standards. Printful uses Epson UltraChrome water based HDR ink-jet technology for printing.
Expect 1-8 business days delivery time on national orders, depending on the courier and level of service you select. When you place an order without track & trace Robot Art declines all responsibility. International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

Please notice that we do not accept packages send with COD. If you deny to receive the package you will be returned your purchase amount. Return of goods can also take place at our address. Expedition time will be shortened if you supply us with informations regarding order confirmation, bank account information and correspondence etc.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When will the purchase amount be lifted from your account: The amount will be lifted upon shipment. Transaction fees will not exceed Valitor/S5 standards. You are permitted to supply information regarding address and phone number when shopping our goods.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

We understand and respect your privacy. We will not sell information regarding your person, credit card, address or email. Any dispute between our company and our costumer are regulated by danish law.
Colors and quality
Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee that the colors on the product you receive is exactly similar to those you have seen on your screen. Colors may vary from one IT-device to another. Furthermore be advised that the algorithm used to produce the product does not deliver pixel perfect results.
